Joseph Guster, urban geek, technology lover, software developer and entrepreneur. He is the CEO & founder of iamblackbusiness.com, an African American business directory focused on increasing the visibility and economic power of black businesses. After the wave of layoffs initiated by the recession, Joe decided he wanted to do something else with his life than working for someone else.
