We talk with Michał Buszkiewicz about Junior Developers in the Elixir community. We share tips for Juniors both early in their careers but also more experienced developers coming new to Elixir. We talk about the University vs Bootcamp approaches and what you want to focus on coming from either side. We further discuss how we as employers can support and encourage juniors.
