What is Smart? What is Intelligence? Does learning more vocabulary actually make you smarter? Does knowing a couple of mumbo jumbo terms, show that you're smarter than others? My answer is NO. Being smart means, you're able to make new discoveries based on all the information that you've learnt, and you have given.
